Hi! I’m Kat Ladd — the face behind KL Transactions. I’m all about making real estate transaction management simple, smooth, and stress-free (and yes, I really do love email!).
I founded KL Transactions to simplify the real estate process for agents — bringing structure, professionalism, and peace of mind to every deal while taking the stress of paperwork off your plate.
When I’m not streamlining transactions or crafting client communications, you’ll find me cheering at a softball game or band event with my teens, or spending time on our family ranch with the Longhorns.
